The truth is microsoft was never an innovative company. The basic thing is they had ground on desktop and kept on working on desktop by coping the ideas from their competitors. Microsoft actually stopped innovation by their monopolizing business practices. How long you can live with it. Whatever technology comes in the market either they try to buy it or copy it. Is it the only way of conducting business, not in IT. It does not work this way. Its not a toothpaste that you copy and try selling cheaper. Microsoft never hired anybody promiment from the Market. Yes all they need is a professional who can copy the business ideas lol
