David is our fearless leader. He started Sparxoo from the ground up. By day, he’s a brand strategist with an emphasis on consumer innovation and entertainment. By night, he runs the company, making sure no branding stone goes unturned. His experience runs the gamut from leading brand development, running multi-million dollar marketing campaigns, and redesigning consumer experience.
David has led branding and strategy projects with Dr. Pepper Snapple, JP Morgan Chase, The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, Habitat for Humanity, Comcast and NBC. During his career, David has held the positions of Senior Brand Strategist at Interbrand and Senior Director of Marketing at ESPN.com. In addition to his branding and communications experience, David has corporate finance and development experience on Internet venture capital and technology investment banking transactions totaling over $800 million (private placements, IPOs and acquisitions).
David holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Wharton Business School and a BA from Johns Hopkins University, and is an Adjunct Marketing Professor at University of Tampa. David has been featured as a guest speaker at Columbia Business School, Wharton Business School, NYU Stern School of Business, the Business School at Georgia Tech, and Simon Business School at University of Rochester New York.

Love Of Lizards
As Sparxoo’s marketing lead, Adrienne uses her digital marketing expertise to create creative, integrated marketing campaigns. Her experience includes new media, online communities, social media, interactive media, consumer-generated media, e-commerce and e-newsletters. She’s the go-to girl in the writing department. Previously, Adrienne served on the channels team as senior copywriter and travel writer for AAA Auto Club Group, producing print media, advertisements, e-commerce copy and video scripts. Adrienne has also served as an operations manager for a franchise start-up company. She helped see the company from investment to expansion and further growth.
Adrienne holds an MBA in Marketing Strategy and Management & Organization from the University of South Florida, and a BA in English & Creative Writing from Florida State University. Adrienne has been featured as a guest lecturer on digital marketing at John H. Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa. She has also been the recipient of an ADDY Award in advertising for digital media, and a Charlie Award in writing excellence for feature writing.

Ryan is a creative professional who loves all things design and technology. His experience includes brand identity, front-end web design/development, packaging, flash animation and print advertising. Ryan’s industry experience includes consumer packaged goods, healthcare, fitness, sports, automotive, B2B technology, and business services. Previously, Ryan was an Art Director for a successful consumer’s goods company, eShave, in NYC.
Ryan holds a BA in Media Communications & Technology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

At Sparxoo, Grace helps clients design and execute innovative public relations and branding campaigns. In both the private and public sectors, Grace has honed her skills in building digital and offline communities, leading campaigns, and coordinating media outreach at places like The Glover Park Group, the White House, and the University of Florida. One of the first staffers hired by Obama for America in 2007, Grace worked in six states on the campaign trail before joining the White House staff on Day One of the administration. Prior to her work with President Obama, Grace worked on the public affairs team at The Glover Park Group, a leading Washington, D.C. consulting and strategy firm.
Grace has an English degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati and is currently completing the Professional MBA program at the University of Florida.

Kentucky Derby Attendance
Jonathan specializes in the creation, implementation, and management of web marketing campaigns—including search engine optimization, paid placement (PPC), social media marketing, blog marketing, and reputation management. He combines substantial market research and creative strategy—with an advanced technical approach—to maximize the success of each digital marketing campaign. Jonathan is Google AdWords certified and has managed campaigns in a variety of different industries—from technology to travel to fashion to sports to telecommunications, and even chemical and robotic engineering. Previously, he worked as an internet marketing specialist at Bayshore Solutions– where he managed the digital marketing campaigns for several large B2B & B2C brands.
Jonathan earned his Masters of Science degree in Entertainment Business, primary focus in digital and interactive marketing, from Full Sail University; and his Bachelors of Arts in English from the University of South Florida. In his graduate studies, Jonathan was a contributing author to a social media marketing textbook and continues to stay up-to-date with the latest social media marketing tools and applications.
When Jonathan isn’t confusing clients with his (and we say this lovingly) geek speak, you can find him riding rollercoasters at one of Florida’s great theme parks.
Brad is a web & mobile developer who enjoys utilizing and improving current web technologies and languages to create engaging and intuitive experiences for a changing internet. Combining a knowledge of both front-end development and server side structure Brad has launched sites and products for clients with custom content management systems, WordPress and Drupal. Developing for the current and future web, he is well practiced with responsive design and mobile friendly features. He is versed in 7 web languages and is always looking for ways to learn a new one.
Brad earned his Bachelors of Science in Web Design and Development from Full Sail University and graduated as class salutatorian. He also holds a Bachelors of Science in Communication from the University Of Central Florida.

Interest In Music
Kristine is our intern extraordinaire. She helps the team manage social media platforms and company content, while being at our beck and call whenever we need her to save the day with some brainstorming or research. She enjoys an invigorating blend of creative and analytical thinking, which she puts into action with her communication finesse, dedication and hard work.
Kristine is pursuing her Undergraduate degree at the University of Tampa’s Honors College, where she is studying towards BA degrees in Economics and Government & World Affairs. She also dabbles in Environmental Science and Finance – her minors – and dedicates herself to learning as a Research Fellow and student leader. Her interests rest in communicating, writing and sustainability.

Joe Nammour is a digital artist who loves to explore, create, and express his thoughts and ideas in innovative ways. Joe specializes in Drupal web sites with intuitive content management systems. Beyond Drupal development, Joe also has experience in WordPress and facebook development. Joe’s experience includes web properties in the following industries: automotive, technology, health & wellness, food & beverage, and sports.
Joe was previously a web programmer at Tampa Digital. Joe graduated summa cum laude with honors program distinctions from the University of Tampa.

New to Sparxoo, Sarah uses a combination of her graphic design experience with an education in marketing to assist with digital marketing efforts. Her experience includes graphic design work such as creating logos and websites, to working with print advertising and digital marketing tools such as newsletter and blogs. Sarah’s work experience has made her well equipped to take on any task. Her prior work experience ranges from being a graphic designer in a corporate marketing department, to a marketing and communications specialist. Design is her true passion; so being integrated in both the marketing strategy as well as design makes for an exciting combination.
Sarah recently obtained her B.S. in Business Marketing at the University of Tampa. Before transferring to Tampa, she discovered her passion for creative design and completed her minor in Graphic Design at the University of Colorado Denver.
