Our work led to the re-launch of the web site with a new focus on discovering all the city has to offer—attracting media attention and increasing website traffic.
Habitat for Humanity–Habitat for Humanity aimed to align their brand globally with an aspirational and consistent brand. Our team collaborated with Habitat for Humanity to develop a verbal and visual identity that was embraced a team of 50 global executives and inspired the organization to stretch further.
Larry Paul Tanning Spa–Florida Tan Centres was facing intense market competition and sought to re-brand their company. Through market analysis and consumer focus groups, our team led re-branding efforts that resulted in a new name (Larry Paul Tanning Spa), store re-design, team restructuring and marketing initiatives for its 20 locations. Our team also led marketing relaunch, web site development, Google Ad Words campaign, and creation of the Larry Paul Tanning Spa Facebook page.

TOMS–TOMS Shoes was founded to show how together we can create a better tomorrow by taking compassionate action through a one for one deal with shoes. TOMS hired Sparxoo to evaluate market expansion opportunities as a key connection point to expand its relationship with its young, socially conscious audience. We led research and expert interviews with industry leaders to provide a digital strategy to engage their community of fans.
ScanScout—The online ad network sought to elevate their digital presence and gain leadership in the market. Through industry interviews with over 20 digital insiders including agencies and publishers (such as Universal McCann, Digitas, Platform-A, MTV, Warner Music and MySpace), our team was able to reprioritize ScanScout’s efforts and maximize their opportunities in the marketplace.

Sparxoo worked with her team to develop a business plan and investor presentation that resulted in investor financing. To bolster Melissa’s public profile, we connected her with NBC, which resulted in a series on the Today Show—giving Melissa national exposure.
Snipi—Snipi, a social shopping network, was preparing to launch and needed seed funding. Sparxoo revised Snipi’s business plan, financial model and advised the team during its initial round of funding. Snipi successfully secured funding it’s initial financing round and developed key relationships with company leaders at WordPress and Mozilla Firefox. They have successfully launched their social shopping network.
L1fe–A team of entrepreneurs was preparing to launch pre-made cocktails in China. The founding team hired Sparxoo to guide them through business planning, angel financing and lead brand naming and market entry strategy. The company successfully raised angel investing and launched their products in China under the L1fe brand.
