Tampa Integrated Digital Marketing Agency Named as a Finalist in the 10-25 Employee Category

TAMPA, Florida (March 10, 2015) Sparxoo, an integrated digital marketing agency, was recently recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as a finalist for the Best Places to Work Class of 2015, in the “Nearly Big” category which recognizes companies with 10-25 employees.

To receive this recognition, employees from nominated companies must participate in a confidential survey that evaluates employee motivation, retention and loyalty. The survey is distributed, conducted and analyzed by Quantum Workplace, a company that specializes in employee surveys and uses data to evaluate key factors such as organizational culture and engagement.
